Peters & Associates, Inc. has been retained by
Southern Tier Independence Center in Binghamton, NY
for their first and second capital campaigns. The
first campaign conducted in 1994 successfully achieved
the $1 Million Dollar goal. The highlight of the campaign
was the donation of a 33,000 square foot office building
that they were instrumental in securing.
The
second campaign, currently underway, has a projected
$2.2 Million Dollar goal to refurbish a new 66,000
square foot facility that will become the Agency's
headquarters due to the tremendous growth that the
agency experienced.

Peters & Associates, Inc. has successfully completed
a feasibility study and $350,000 capital campaign
for Families First, Inc. in Elizabethtown, New York.
Their goal was to construct a new administrative building;
expand programs and services for two satellite areas
and begin an endowment fund.

Peters & Associates, Inc. successfully completed
a $1,000,000 capital campaign project for the Finger
Lakes Addictions Counseling and Referral Agency in
Clifton Springs, New York. Their goal was to renovate
their existing facility and expand program services.

a $500,000 capital campaign for the Susquenango Council,
Boy Scouts of America, Binghamton, New York. That
goal was exceeded by over 20%.

Peters & Associates, Inc. was retained to provide
campaign counsel to the United Way of Clinton County,
Plattsburgh, New York. The United Way in this community
had not achieved their goal in several years. During
our association, two record breaking campaigns were
achieved with 112% and 110% of goal raised respectively.

Peters & Associates, Inc. successfully completed
a $600,000 capital campaign for Mount Loretto Nursing
Home, Amsterdam, New York. That goal was attained
and the funds raised were to be used to expand and
renovate the Home.

studies followed by capital campaigns for: YWCA of
Gloversville, New York; and SUN Home Health Services,
Northumberland, Pennsylvania and St. Mary's Parish,
